How do my Coaching sessions work? I will work alongside you to support you to reach whatever goals you bring to the sessions.
My role is to help you find the clarity, solutions and resources that you already have within yourself.

Depending on what you hope to work through, I will be using a wide range of coaching methods across a number of sessions. Packages of sessions are available to reduce cost and maximise impact.
How do you know if it is for you?
Before we embark on any coaching sessions together, it is important that you feel I am the right person to work with and feel comfortable. Likewise I will only offer to support you if I feel that I can help you achieve your goal.
We will have a free 20-30 minute conversation beforehand where I can find out more about what you would like coaching to achieve for you, and you can get to know me and ask any questions that you might have.
