Facilitator, Consultant, Coach
Passionate About Helping People Grow

The common thread throughout my career is a deep passion for helping individuals and teams grow and develop, driving positive change for both them and their organisations.

My enthusiasm for Learning and Development stems from the joy of witnessing those "light bulb" moments when a key insight sparks a shift that significantly improves how people work or approach their lives.

In my consultancy work as a facilitator, trainer, and coach, I've had the privilege of collaborating with diverse individuals and teams across both the third and commercial sectors. These opportunities have allowed me to work with people at various organizational levels, always with a focus on meaningful impact.
With 20 years of experience in the Third Sector—spanning operational, management, and consultancy roles—I bring a wealth of practical knowledge and experience in supporting the development of individuals at all levels.
I
believe the best learning is purposeful, action-driven, and enjoyable. I strive to create open, inclusive, and relaxed learning environments that foster the greatest possible growth. With energy, empathy, and, when fitting, a touch of fun, I aim to make every learning experience engaging and transformative.
Models & Method
Models and method are the tools to great dialogue, they are aids to making breakthroughs, and give shape to programmes and events designed to enable whatever the change or important conversations needed.
I will always start with understanding the challenge, change and outcomes that are being looked for first, and then bring the right tool or tools for the job.

Participants should always remember the discussions, experience and actions they have set themselves first, the tools we use along the way are there to enable it to happen.

Along with a wealth of established learning and development theory I can also offer certified workshops utilising Insights Discovery or Everything DiSC, providing a shared language to help teams and individuals understand how they show up at work, and how an understanding of the different preferences and perceptions each of us has can help navigate the place of work and improve outcomes through better dialogue.
Likewise, utilising Motivational Maps through the power of Mojo, we can start to understanding our motivations in the workplace and how things are at any given moment, helping to match people right now with the projects and support needed to stay highly productive.
