This won't be a webinar or a free-for-all discussion. I'll be facilitating the session with care -creating the right conditions for what I hope is genuinely useful conversation, structured reflection, and real peer learning. You'll have space to pause, think, and hear from other leaders navigating the same challenges across the sector.

With over 20 years in the not-for-profit sector, in operational, leadership and learning roles – I am passionate about creating spaces for reflection, sharing of great ideas and best practice, and for having high quality conversation that can be translated into new ideas and action.

NO SELLING! I promise you I won’t be selling you anything – I am genuinely passionate about creating spaces for leaders to take stock and reflect. What’s in it for me is a genuine love of holding these spaces and the sector, and the chance to learn from those of you in the driving seats and staying attuned to the needs of leaders in not-for-profits.
